Objective To investigate the demand on hospitalization environment improvement for long-term psychotic inpatients. Method Investigate 113 long-term psychotic inpatients by self-designed questionnaire. Hospitalization environment includes physical environment, management environment, staff environment and service environment. Result The demands raking in the first three arc objects and decoration in the ward(69. 91%), patients' number in the ward(64. 60%) and management stylc(61. 95%). Patients' gender and length of hospitalization time influence the demands on ward decoration. Conclusion Long-term psychotic impatients have the demand of hospitalization environment improvement. Comfortable hospitalization environment should be provided according to the demand.%目的 调查长期住院精神病患者对改善住院环境的需求.方法 自行设计调查问卷,住院环境含物理环境、管理环境、人员环境、服务环境.对113例长期住院精神病患者进行调查.结果 患者要求改善住院环境的前3位条目为病室物件及摆设(69.91%)、控制病室人数(64.60%)、管理方式(61.95%);患者性别和住院时间影响对物理环境的需求.结论 长期住院精神病患者对改善住院环境有需求,应根据患者需求提供舒适的住院环境.
