区域海洋经济发展中涉及到的主体形态多样，既包括政府、行业协会等管理性的组织，也包括企业、个人等市场主导性组织，他们在区域海洋经济中的关系复杂多样，总体上可以用网络的形式表示。他们之间的合作行为可表示为网络中节点间的链接，以链接的紧密性和长度衡量合作行为的程度。由于区域主体之间的合作行为是非线性、立体的关系，可以用演化博弈的方法进行解释。通过研究发现，当博弈系统的初始变量和运行变量达到某一程度时，区域海洋经济发展中主体的合作行为能够在最大程度上促进海洋经济的发展。因此，在实际的区域海洋经济运行中，应适当改变这些变量及其之间的关系，让其朝着有利于促进区域海洋经济发展的方向运行。% The main form involved in the regional development of marine economy is diverse ,including management organizations such as government and trade associations ,and market‐oriented organizations such as enterprises and individuals .Their cooperative behavior can be expressed in the form of network links between nodes ,and be measured by the degree of tightness and length of the link .Because the coop‐erative behavior between the main bodies is a nonlinear ,three‐dimensional relationship ,it can be explained by evolutionary game theory .In the analysis we found that when the initial variables and operating varia‐bles of the game system reach a certain extent ,the cooperative behavior of the main body can promote the development of marine economy to the greatest extent .Therefore ,it is reasonable to change the relation‐ship between these variables and allow them to progress in the direction of promoting the development of marine economy .
