Aa typical natural plague foci in China,Yunnan owns its unique natural environment,ethnic living environment and social factors,which have a profound impact on changes of the plague regions.Based on historical documents,the research was to study the prevalence of plague and its regional changes as well as the reasons of the changes in the Qing Dynasty.The research has led to the conclusion that the changes of the social and natural environments in Yunnan was the main reason for the changes in plague-endemic area.%云南是中国鼠疫较典型的自然疫源地之一,其独特的自然环境、民族生存环境及社会环境因素,深刻影响了鼠疫流行区域的变迁。结合历史文献资料,研究清代云南鼠疫发生和流行区域的变迁,分析清代云南鼠疫流行区域变迁的原因,认为云南社会和自然环境的变化是鼠疫流行区域变迁的主要原因。
