The ruling concept of the Communist Party of China is the guide to action and the core of the long -term strate-gic planning of the CPC .Since the Fourth Plenary Sessions of the Sixteenth Central Committee put forward clearly the ruling theory including the ruling concept ,academic and theoretical circles made a lot of rational research on the CPC's ruling concept . This paper summarizes some important achievements .%中国共产党执政理念是中国共产党执政宗旨的集中体现和执政治国的行动指南，承载着中共治国理政的目标追求与执政理想。自中共十六届四中全会明确提出包括执政理念在内的执政理论范畴以来，国内学术理论界便兴起了对党的执政理念这一重大战略课题进行理性研究的多轮热潮。国内学术理论界紧密围绕党的执政理念演化与发展问题以及党的执政理念创新和落实路径等展开了精彩纷呈、见仁见智的深度探讨，成果丰硕、新论叠出。
