This paper analyzes the basic situation of the current deological and political work of Oilfield companies .There still exist many problems and disadvantages in the work such as the simplification of management model ,the obsolescence of the operation mechanism ,the lag of working method and the weakening of its positive function .The thesis presents that the reasons for these problems and disadvantages includes changes in the thought of the staff ,in the content and operating mecha-nism and the adjustment of the work's management system ,as well as the lack of work team .The specific and targeted strate-gies will be put forward to solve these problems from the Leading mechanism ,the operating system the innovation of work pat-tern and personnel construction .%油田企业思想政治工作经过多年的探索和积累，成效显著，在油田发展中发挥了巨大作用。但随着油田面临的形势、任务和环境的变化，思想政治工作必须与时俱进，在工作思路、方法和模式上进行适当调整，克服管理模式单一、运行机制陈旧、工作方式滞后、应有作用逐渐削弱的矛盾和问题，应从领导机制、运行体系、方式方法、政工队伍等方面加强和改进。
