玄武岩纤维对不同胶凝材料混凝土的强韧化效应

     

摘要

为了研究玄武岩纤维对不同胶凝材料混凝土的强韧化效应,制备了玄武岩纤维增强普通硅酸盐水泥混凝土BFROPCC与玄武岩纤维增强地质聚合物混凝土BFRGC.采用φ100mm SHPB试验装置,分别研究了BFROPCC与BFRGC的冲击力学性能,并分析了玄武岩纤维对普通硅酸盐水泥混凝土OPCC与地质聚合物混凝土GC的强韧化效应.结果表明:BFROPCC与BFRGC的强度和韧性随应变率的增加而提高,其应变率敏感值分别为29.5、40.9 s-1;玄武岩纤维对于OPCC的增强效果优于GC,当纤维掺量为0.1%时,纤维对于OPCC的增强和增韧效果相对较好;玄武岩纤维不适于用来增强GC,当纤维掺量为0.3%时,纤维对于GC的增韧效果相对较好.%To study the enhancement effect of basalt fiber on concrete of different materials, basalt fiber reinforced ordinary portland cement-based concrete (BFROPCC) and basalt fiber reinforced geopolymeric concrete (BFRGC) were produced.The impact mechanical properties of BFROPCC and BFRGC were investigated using a 100-mm-diameter split Hopkinson pressure bar (SHPB).In addition, the effect of short basalt fiber fraction on the enhancement of strength and ductility for concretes with these two different types of binder materials were studied.The strength and toughness are improved with the increase of the strain rate, and the strain rate sensitivity values are 29.5 and 40.9 s-1 respectively.Compared with geopolymeric concrete (GC), the basalt fiber has better strengthening effect on ordinary portland cementbased concrete (OPCC), and the strengthening and toughening effect are relatively the best with 0.1% fiber volume content for OPCC.Basalt fiber is not proper for strengthening GC, while the toughening effect is relatively the best with 0.3 % fiber volume content for GC.
