假目标用电热涂层有效电导率模型

     

摘要

By taking the tunneling effect, the shape and the size of the filling particles into consideration, an effective electrical conductivity model of electro-thermal coating for decoy was established to design the electro-thermal coating for decoy. The relation between the conductivity, the percolation threshold and the shape, the size, and the volume fraction of the filling particles was discussed in detail. The results show that the percolation threshold increases with the size of the filling particles increasing, and decreases with the aspect ratio increasing; and that a sudden change happens around the threshold, and increases with the aspect ratio.%为了指导假目标用电热涂层的设计实验,综合考虑量子力学隧道效应以及填料粒子尺寸和形状,建立了假目标用电热涂层有效电导率模型,详细讨论了电热涂层有效电导率以及电导率渗流阈值和填料粒子形状、尺寸、填料体积分数的关系.计算结果表明:渗流阈值随填料粒子尺寸增大而增大,随粒子长短轴比增大而减小;涂层有效电导率在渗流阈值附近有明显突变,且随填料粒子尺寸增大而减小,随粒子长短轴比的增加而增大.
