目的 建立白癜风白斑面积的数字化测量方法,为临床客观评价皮损的严重程度及其动态变化提供可靠且简便易行的图形面积数字化操作流程.方法 利用Photoshop和Image J软件处理标准图形和白癜风皮损照片,采取手动选取或设定阈值的方法区分皮损区和正常皮肤,通过对比比例尺刻度计算出皮损面积.结果 两个软件在对已知面积的图形测量中,测算结果符合真实值,重复测量变异系数小,具有较高的准确性;在对不同形状皮损的面积测量中,稳定性很好,两款软件在测算结果上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 Photoshop和Image J软件测算皮肤白斑面积的方法准确、稳定、可靠,具有普遍适用性.Photoshop软件功能强大、全面.Image J软件小巧易用,拥有丰富的插件可以选择.%Objective To establish the digital measurement and provide an objective and easy way for clinical evaluation of the vitiligo skin lesions. Method The standard figures and lesion photos from vitiligo patients were measured with Photoshop and Image J. Normal skin and vitiligo lesions were segmented by manual selection or setting thresholds, then the area was calculated automatically according to the scale. Results Both Photoshop and Image J showed high accuracy when they were used to measure the standard figures. The results were in accordance with the real value and showed lower CV in the repeated measurements. Both the two softwares showed stable and accurate results of the lesion photos. There was no significant statistical difference between Photoshop and Image J(P>0.05).Conclusion Both Photoshop and Image J are accurate, reliable and stable when they being used to measure the lesion photos. Photoshop is a powerful and comprehensive tool, while Image J is small, smart and easy to use with abundant plugins.
