20岁男性患者,表现为双侧耳郭出现群集的小丘疹2年,部分融合成斑块.皮损在冬季反复出现,夏季部分自行消退.文中对斑块型粟丘疹进行了文献复习,发现冻伤可能是青少年发病的主要原因,由温暖地区进入寒区作业应做好暴露部位防护.%A case of frostbite related milia en plaque is reported.The patient was a young male,presented with numerous tiny papules,scattered or grouped,distributed on two auricles.The lesions recurred in the winter and partially regressed in the summer spontaneously.In this paper,the literatures related to milia en plaque is reviewed.Frostbite is one of the main causes of this disease during adolescence.It is suggested that more attention should be paid to the cold protection of exposure site when a person from warmer areas gets into cold regions.
