43岁男性患者,双手多发结节20余天,全身泛发性斑疹5d.曾于当地医院误诊为化脓性肉芽肿、血管瘤、寻常疣.液氮冷冻治疗无效.快速血浆反应素环状卡片试验1:128,梅毒螺旋体明胶凝集试验(+).最后诊断:二期梅毒.注射用苄星青霉素钠240万U分两侧臀部肌内注射,3周后皮损基本消退.%A 43-year-old male patient presented with multiple nodules in his hands for 20 days,as well as generalized macular eruptions for 5 days.Before the patient visited our hospital,he had been once diagnosed as purulent granuloma,hemangioma and verruca vulgaris,and treated with cryotherapy,but the effect was poor.According to the results of the test:RPR 1:128 (+),TPPA (+) and the clinical symptoms,the patient was diagnosed as secondary syphilis.Then the patient was treated with an intramuscular injection of 2.4 MU of benzathine penincillin splited into two injections on both sides of the buttocks once a week,for 3 weeks,the skin lesions basically subsided after the treatment.
