Objective: To investigate the effect of Titanium trauma splint( TTS ) in the treatment of on traumatized loosen teeth in the anterior part of the maxillary in children. Methods: 30 eligible subjects aged from 4 to 15 years ( 25 males and 5 females, 4 with primary dentitions and 26 with mixed dentitions ) were randomly assigned into two groups. TTS and orthodontic fixing technology with bracket and arch wire were used respectively to fix the loosen teeth in TTS group and control group. The mobility index of the traumatized teeth, shedding rate, comfortable index, gingival index and operation time-sonsuming of each sample were measured before and after treatment. All data were statistically analyzed by SPSS 10.0. Results: Mobility of the traumatized teeth in the 2 groups decreased after 4 weeks of fixation. No significant difference in the effeciency and shedding rate was found between the 2 groups( P > 0. 05 ), while the comfortable index, gingival index and operation time- consuming in TTS group were better than those in the control group( P <0. 05 ). Conclusion: TTS is reliable and effective in the treatment traumatized loosen teeth in children.%目的:评价松牙固定钛链用于儿童外伤松动前牙固定的临床效果.方法:采用随机同期对照方法,纳入符合条件的30 例连续病例(4~12 岁;其中男25 例,女5 例;混合牙列26 例,乳牙列4 例);随机分为2 组(每组15 例),分别采用松牙固定钛链(实验组)与弓丝托槽(对照组)技术固定.测量治疗前及固定术后4 周的牙松动度、材料脱落牙位数、患者舒适指数、牙龈指数和医生操作时间,所得结果进行统计学分析.结果:实验组与对照组均能对松动牙进行有效固定;对有效固定患者数、材料脱落牙位数进行卡方检验,实验组与对照组之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而在患者舒适指数、牙龈指数和操作时间方面松牙固定钛链优于弓丝托槽技术(P<0.05).结论:松牙固定钛链用于儿童外伤松动前牙固定效果可靠,且较舒适,对牙周刺激小,可节省操作时间.
