补肾方剂对骨质疏松伴牙周炎家兔正畸牙移动中牙周组织作用的组织学观察

         

摘要

目的:观察骨质疏松家兔牙周炎牙在补肾方剂的作用下正畸移动中的牙周组织学变化.方法:健康成年新西兰大白兔18只,随机分成3组,每组6只.实验组(T组)和激素组(H组)每只家兔每天注射氢化可的松注射液,2ml/kg,对照组(C组)家兔注射等体积生理盐水,连续注射3周.在注射药物的同时,T和H组动物使用结扎丝制作下颌中切牙牙周炎模型.用药3周后,T组动物补肾方剂灌胃,继续喂养4周后所有动物在2个下颌中切牙上安装矫治器,于加力后3、7d分别处死动物,取材,光镜观察.结果:加力后3d:C组、T组、H组牙移动距离依次增大,3组牙移动距离差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);加力后7d:H组牙齿移动距离最大(P<0.05).光镜下显示:T组骨改建过程与C组相似,但H组各时期均表现出明显的破骨活动,加力后7d,骨骼改建依然活跃.结论:补肾方剂对正畸治疗中牙槽骨的改建有促进作用,可改进骨质疏松家兔牙周炎牙正畸过程中的健康状况.%Objective:To observe the effects of lonifying kidney recipes on ihe periodonlal lissue in osleoporosis rabbils with periodon-litis undergoing orlhodonlic leeth movement Methods, 18 adult New Zeland rabbils were devided inlo 3 groups wilh 6 in each randomly. The animals in experimental groupi T group) and hormone groupi H group) were rendered osleoporosis by inlraperiloneal injection of 2 mg/( kg·d) hydrocortisone acetate for each and the animals in control group(C group) were injected 0. 9% NS for three weeks. After three weeks, tonifying kidney recipes was given orally in group T for 4 weeks. And fixed appliance was installed at the central incisors in mandible in all the animals. At the 3rd and 7th day after loading, the rabbits were killed respectively, the central incisors with periodontal tissue were prepared for histological observe. Results, ①At the 3rd day after loading, the distance between the central incisors in mandible increased in turn in group C, T and H, and the difference of the teeth movement had no statistical significance among the groupsi P >0. 05) . At 7th day after loading, the distance in the group H was the biggestt( P <0. 05) . ② The process of the bone reconstruction in T group was similar to that in group C, but in H group, more significant bone resorption exhibited at each period, and at 7 th day after loading, active reconstruction still continued in H group. Conclusion, Tonifying kidney recipes may promote the reconstruction and of alveolar bone in the orthodontic teeth movement in osteoporosis rabbits with periodontitis.
