A、B色系IPS E.max LT底层材料色度值和相对透明率测定

         

摘要

目的:测定A、B色系IPS E.max LT底层材料的CIE-1976-L* a* b*色度值和相对透明率.方法:制作直径为13mm、厚度为0.3 mm和0.5 mm的A、B色系盘状IPS E.max LT试件,色号包括A1、A2、A3、A3.5、A4、B1、B2、B3、B4,共计18组(n=5),应用CM-5分光测色计测试试件在标准黑、白背景下的表面光反射率Y值,记录Yb、Yw平均值,计算相对透明率(Yb/Yw);测试A、B色系瓷锭的色度值.结果:同一色系内,各组瓷锭明度值的总体均数不相等,组间差异具有显著性(P<0.01).从A1到A4、B1到B4,明度值均逐渐减低.相同厚度、相同色系的试件组间相对透明率差异无显著性(P>0.05),相对透明率数值分布范围为0.330 9~0.5875.相同色号、不同厚度的2组试件组间差异均具有显著性,0.3 mm组底层材料的相对透明率小于0.5 mm组(P<0.05).结论:厚度是A、B色系IPS E.max LT底层材料相对透明率的重要相关因素.%Objective: To study the relative translucency and chromatic value of IPS E. Max A and B color series core materials. Methods: Cylindrical core materials dentine porcelain specimen disks with diameter of 13.0 mm, thickness of 0.3 mm or 0.5 mm were respectively made(ra=5). The reflectivity value(Yb and Yw) of all samples was determined with CM-5 chromatism instrument, and the relative translucency(Yb/Yw) was calculated. The chromatic value of ceramic ingots provided by the manufacturer was measuredtoo. Results: L * of ceramic ingots was significantly different among specimen groups of A or B color series( P <0.01). From Al to A4 and from B1 to B4, L * declined. There was no significant different among specimen groups which had same thickness and belonged to same color series. The range of relative translucency was between 0. 330 9 and 0.587 5. Significant difference was found between specimen groups which had different thickness and same color number( P < 0.05 ). Conclusion: Thickness is an important factor of translucency for IPS E. Max LT core materials.
