Objective: To evaluate the effects of fixed inclined bite plate on jaw bone and dentition in juveniles with Class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion.Methods: Eighteen patients(10 male and 8 female aged 11.5～13.8 years old) were treated with fixed inclined bite plate for bite-opening, twelve patients(6 male and 6 female) were involved as the control. Cephalograms were taken before and after the treatment.Results: After treatment ANB was significantly reduced and mandibular development was improved; AFH and PFH were significantly increased; the first molar in mandible was siginificantly elongated.Conclusion: Fixed inclined bite plate is effective in the improvement of sagittal skeletal relationship and in the orthodontic treatment in the juveniles with Class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion.%目的：分析固定斜面导板治疗生长发育期骨性Ⅱ类1 分类错牙 合患者的作用机制。方法：通过X线头影测量分析应用固定斜面导板治疗患者18 例，男10 例，女8 例；空白对照组12 例，男6 例，女6 例；年龄11.5～13.8 岁，平均12.4 岁；ANB≥5°，GoGn-SN≤38°，磨牙尖对尖到完全远中关系的Ⅱ类1 分类患者。收集治疗(观察) 前后X 线头颅侧位片，测量项目17 项，进行统计学分析。结果：①治疗组的ANB 减小，下颌体增长，矢状关系改善，覆盖减小；②治疗组前面高，后面高显著增加，而后面高/前面高减小，垂直关系得到改善；③治疗组下第一恒磨牙显著萌长，咬合打开，覆牙 合减小。结论：固定斜面导板可以刺激下颌体生长，改善面部比例关系，是一种有效的打开咬合，调整牙 合位的装置。
