Through the choice of sm all and micro culture-based enterprises in Fujian Province as the object of study, it designs the grow th environm ental evaluation index system for the sm all and micro culture-based enterprises. It uses the w ay of statistical analysis to investigate the grow th environm ental problems about the sm all and micro culture-based enterprises. And it gives the corresponding counterm easures.%指出小微文化企业是推动文化产业发展的重要基石，对企业成长问题研究作简要综述。选择福建省小微文化企业为研究对象，设计小微文化企业成长环境影响因素的评价指标体系，通过问卷调查等，运用统计分析方法，分析当前小微文化企业成长环境的问题，并提出相应的建议。
