With the depth of agricultural science research career, agricultural research makes higher requirements to technology file management. This article analyzes some problems in file management, for example, low utilization of agricultural science and technology file, lacking effective agricultural science and technology file management system, insufficient supply of file manager and heavy tasks, meanwhile, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasure.%随着农业科技研究事业的不断深入，对农业科技档案的管理提出了更高的要求。文章分析了农业科技档案利用率低、缺乏行之有效的档案管理制度、档案管理人员配备不足、工作任务重等现实问题，提出了相应的解决对策。
