Objective:To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing intervention in patients with urinary incontinence after radical pros-tatectomy. Methods:A total of 60 cases of patients with urinary incontinence after radical prostatectomy were randomly divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group re-ceived rehabilitation nursing intervention on this basis. The nursing effect of two groups was compared. Results:The total effective rate of the recovery of urinary function in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0. 05). There were sta-tistically significant differences in the duration of incontinence and the subjective well-being of the two groups(P < 0. 05). The scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0. 05),and the score of quality of life was significantly higher in the observation group than that in the control group (P < 0. 05). Conclusion:The rehabilitation nursing intervention can promote the recovery of urinary function,relieve the bad mood and im-prove the quality of life in the patients with urinary incontinence after radical prostatectomy.%目的:探讨康复护理干预在前列腺癌根治术后尿失禁患者中的应用效果.方法:将60例前列腺癌根治术后尿失禁患者随机分为对照组和观察组各30例,对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在此基础上实施康复护理干预,比较两组护理效果.结果:观察组患者控尿功能恢复总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05).两组患者尿失禁持续时间及主观幸福感比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组患者护理后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05),生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:康复护理干预可促进前列腺癌根治术后尿失禁患者控尿功能恢复,缓解不良情绪,提高生活质量.
