目的：探讨多元化延续护理对大脑半球萎缩继发癫痫患者术后精神症状和日常生活活动能力（ ADL）的影响。方法：将20例大脑半球萎缩继发癫痫行手术切除患者随机分为实验组12例和对照组8例，对照组实施常规出院健康教育，实验组在对照组基础上实施多元化延续护理，采用精神症状自评量表（ SCL-90）和ADL量表对两组患者进行评定。结果：出院后12个月，实验组患者在人际关系敏感、抑郁、敌对、偏执、精神病性等方面评分均低于对照组，ADL评分明显高于对照组（ P﹤0.05）。结论：对大脑半球萎缩继发癫痫患者术后进行多元化延续护理干预，有利于改善患者不良情绪，提高患者的自理能力。%Objective:To explore the effect of multiple continuous nursing on postoperative mental symptoms and activities of daily liv-ing( ADL)in patients with cerebral hemisphere atrophy-induced secondary epilepsy. Methods:20 patients with cerebral hemisphere at-rophy-induced secondary epilepsy after operation were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=12)and the control group(n=8). The routine health education for the discharged patients was implemented in the control group;the multiple continuous nursing was additionally carried out in the experimental group. The SCL-90 and ADL scale were used to assess the patientsˊconditions in the two groups. Results:After discharge for 12 months,the scores of interpersonal sensitivity,depression,hostility,paranoia and psychotic symptoms of the patients in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group and ADL score was significantly higher in the experimental group than the control group(P﹤0. 05). Conclusion:Implementation of the multiple continuous nursing inter-vention can relieve the patientsˊbad mood and improve the ability of self-care.
