健康宣教评估表在糖尿病患者中的应用

         

摘要

Objective:To explore the application effect of health education evaluation form in patients with diabetes mellitus(DM). Methods:60 diabetic patients treated from January 2013 to January 2014 were taken as the control group and the patients in this group re-ceived only routine nursing care and other 60 diabetic patients treated from February 2014 to January 2015 were taken as the intervention group and the nursing intervention was implemented in this group in the light of health education evaluation form,the level of glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1 c),fasting blood glucose(FBG),postprandial 2 h blood glucose(2 hBG)and the scores of patient's daily life,behavioral health,medication care and self - management were compared between the two groups. Results:The level of HbA1 c,FBG and postprandial 2h BG was significantly lower in the intervention group than the control group after the nursing intervention(P < 0. 01,P < 0. 05);there were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the scores of patient's daily life,behavioral health,medication care and self -management between the two groups after the nursing intervention(P < 0. 01). Conclusion:The nursing intervention in the light of health ed-ucation evaluation form can effectively improve the prevention knowledge of diabetic patients and enhance their self - management ability.%目的:探讨健康宣教评估表在糖尿病(DM)患者中的应用效果。方法:将2013年1月~2014年1月收治的60例 DM 患者作为对照组,仅接受常规护理;将2014年2月~2015年1月收治的60例作为干预组,实施以健康宣教评估表为基础的护理干预;比较两组糖化血红蛋白(HbA1 c)、空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h 血糖(2 hBG)水平及日常生活、健康行为、药物护理及自我管理评分情况。结果:干预组护理后 HbA1 c、FBG 及2 hBG 明显低于对照组(P <0.01,P <0.05);两组护理后日常生活、健康行为、药物护理及自我管理评分比较差异均有统计学意义(P <0.01)。结论:以健康宣教评估表为基础的护理干预,能有效提升 DM 患者相关预防知识,增强患者自我管理能力。
