Objective:To study the application effect of eugenic skill training in obstetrics. Methods:100 parturient were randomly divid_ed into the control group and the observation group(50 cases in each group). The parturient in the control group were given routine nurs_ing care;the nursing staff in the observation group was given eugenic skill training and the parturient in this group were provided the matc_hing high—quality nursing intervention. The nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results:There were statistically signifi_cant differences in the comparison of the duration of total production process,volume of postpartum hemorrhage and satisfaction rate be_tween the two groups(P<0. 05). Conclusion:Eugenic skill training has good effect in obstetrics.%目的：探讨优生学技能培训在产科中的应用效果。方法：将100例产妇随机分为对照组和观察组各50例，对照组给予常规护理，观察组护理人员进行优生学技能培训，予以配套性的高素质护理干预，比较两组护理效果。结果：两组产妇总产程时间、产后出血量及满意度比较差异有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。结论：优生学技能培训在产科中的应用效果较好。
