Objective:To study the influence of the time and temperature of using the intelligent medicine fumigation treatment instru-ment on the symptoms of incision pain,edema and bleeding of postoperative patients undergoing anal fistula operation. Methods:120 pa-tients with anal fistula treated with surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into group A,B,C and D(30 cases in each group). The patients in the four groups were all treated with Zhishuxi lotion. The patients in group A were given the fumigating-washing treatment for 10 minutes at the temperature of 38 ℃;the patients in group B were given the same treatment for 10 minutes at the temperature of 42 ℃;the patients in group C were treated for 20 minutes at the temperature of 38 ℃ and the patients in group D were treated for 20 minutes at the temperature of 42 ℃. The score of pain of visual analogue scale( VAS)and the scores of clinical symptoms of the patients before and after the treatment were recorded. Results:The score of VAS of the patients in 3,5,7 and 10 days after operation and the total effective rate were lower in group A than those of the other three groups(P﹤0. 05),but the comparison among the other three groups was not signifi-cantly different(P﹥0. 05);the scores of clinical symptoms of the patients were significantly lower after the treatment than those before the treatment in all four groups(P﹤0. 05);the scores of clinical symptoms of the patients were significantly lower in group A than those in the other three groups after treatment(P﹤0. 05). Conclusion:The treatment of fumigating-washing with Zhishuxi lotion has high efficiency when it is used for 10 minutes at the temperature of 38 ℃ and it can effectively relieve the symptoms of postoperative pain,bleeding,itch-ing and edema so as to promote wound healing.%目的：探讨智能药液熏洗治疗仪不同熏洗时间及温度对肛瘘术后切口疼痛、水肿、出血等症状的影响。方法：将我院肛肠科手术治疗的120例肛瘘患者随机分为A、B、C、D组各30例。四组患者均采用痔舒息洗剂药液治疗，A组以38℃熏洗10 min，B组以42℃熏洗10 min，C组以38℃熏洗20 min，D组以42℃熏洗20 min。记录各组患者术后疼痛视觉模拟评分（ VAS）及治疗前后临床症状积分。结果：A组患者术后3、5、7、10 d VAS评分及治疗总有效率均低于其余三组（ P﹤0.05），而其余三组间比较差异无统计学意义（ P﹥0.05）；四组患者治疗后临床症状积分均显著低于治疗前（ P﹤0.05），A组治疗后临床症状积分显著低于其余三组（ P﹤0.05）。结论：使用38℃痔舒息洗剂熏洗10 min时具有较高有效率，能够有效减轻肛瘘术后疼痛、出血、瘙痒以及水肿等症状，促进患者创面愈合。
