Objective:To study the demands of patients with cerebral stroke for the extended nursing out of hospital in order to provide effective nursing service for such patients. Methods:The phenomenological research method was used to conduct a semi structure interview with the main caregivers for the 12 patients with cerebral stroke and the data were analyzed by Colaizzi analytical method. Results:In this study,the demands of the patients for the extended nursing out of hospital included 5 aspects:the demands for the information about the disease,demands for nursing skills,demands for health resources,demands for economic support and demands for family support. Conclu-sion:The extended nursing out of hospital with the integration of hospital,community and family should be established,health education should be enhanced and medical insurance system be improved.%目的：了解脑卒中患者出院后对院外延续性护理的需求情况，为此类患者提供有效的院外延续性护理服务。方法：采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法，对12例脑卒中患者的主要照顾者进行半结构访谈，并用 Colaizzi 分析法进行资料分析。结果：本研究中，脑卒中患者院外延续性护理服务需求归纳为5个主题：疾病信息需求，护理技术需求，卫生资源需求，经济支持需求，家庭支持需求。结论：构建医院-社区-家庭为一体的院外延续性护理服务，加强脑卒中疾病的健康教育，完善医疗保险制度。
