目的：探讨职业损伤对护理人员职业认同感的影响，为促进该群体的身心健康，提高工作满意度提供理论参考。方法：抽取不同类型医院护士600名作为研究对象，将受到不同类型职业损伤的300名护士作为观察组，未受到职业损伤的300名作为对照组，采用护士职业认同量表中文版进行测评，比较两组护士职业认同感。结果：观察组职业认同感明显低于对照组（P﹤0.05，P﹤0.01）。结论：职业损伤导致护理人员的职业认同感降低是受多方面因素影响的，不仅需依靠护士良好的学校教育、和谐的医院氛围及不同来源的社会支持，还需从根本上提高护士职业安全文化，从而促使其职业认同感提高。%Objective:Toexploretheinfluenceofoccupationalinjuryonprofessionalidentityofnursingstaffinordertoprovideatheo-retical reference for promoting the physical and mental health of nursing staff and improving their job satisfaction. Methods:600 nurses se-lected from several hospitals in different types were taken as the object of study. 300 nurses who had different occupational injury were taken as the observation group and other 300 nurses who were not injured were taken as the control group. They were assessed by using pro-fessional identity scale in Chinese version and the professional identity of the nurses was compared between the two groups. Results:The professional identity was significantly poorer in the observation group than the control group(P﹤0. 05,P﹤0. 01). Conclusion:The profes-sional identity of nursing staff is influenced by many factors and the occupational safety culture should be enhanced fundamentally so as to improve their professional identity.
