海湾扇贝韩国种群与海湾扇贝南部亚种杂交后代的高温耐受性研究

         

摘要

采用两种不同的升温起始温度(17.5℃和25℃)和两种不同的升温速率研究海湾扇贝韩国种群与海湾扇贝南部亚种杂交后代(以后均简称KM扇贝)的高温耐受性,试验结果表明:采用快升温策略,25℃为升温起始温度测得的高温敏感起始点为30℃,120 h UILT50为30.94℃,而17.5℃为升温起始温度测得的高温敏感起始点和120 h UILT50分别为26℃和27.66℃.采用慢升温策略,25℃为升温起始温度测得的高温敏感起始点为30℃,120 h UILT50为31.16℃,而17.5℃为升温起始温度测得的高温敏感起始点和120 h UILT50分别为28℃和29.52℃.采用不同的升温策略和升温起始温度所测得的高温敏感起始点和120 h UILT50存在明显差异.试验研究中,采用更为接近试验梯度的升温起始温度和符合KM扇贝养殖环境的升温速率更能反映其高温耐受性.%Two different starting temperature (17.5 ℃ and 25 ℃) and velocities of heating up were employed to investigate high temperature tolerance of hybrids between the South Korea population (Argopecten irradians irradians) and the southern subspecies (Argopecten irradians concentricusI) of the bay scallop.The results showed that,with the fast heating strategy,the upper sensitive incipient temperature and the 120 h UILT50 were 30 ℃ and 30.94 ℃,respectively,at the initial temperature of 25 ℃,while the upper sensitive incipient temperature and the 120 h UILT50 were 26 ℃ and 27.66 ℃,respectively,at the initial temperature of 17.5 ℃.With the slow heating strategy,the upper sensitive incipient temperature and the 120 h UILT50 were 30 ℃ and 31.16 ℃,respectively,at the initial temperature of 25 ℃,while the upper sensitive incipient temperature and the 120 h UILT50 were 28 ℃ and 29.52 ℃,respectively,at the initial temperature of 17.5 ℃.These results suggest that the initial temperature and the heating strategy should be set closer to the real situation for the tested specimens.
