Due to large storage capacity, faster updating, convenient search, strong openness and cheap price, the electronic information network literature in university library will gradually replace the paper resources, and become the main literature resources of library collections. While in constructing the network information resources of university library, there existed some problems, such as the low personal quality of managers, the low level of resource utilization of network information, the weak relevance between network information system with other literature data, and the current of the network information service construction lagging behind the professional development. Therefore, university library should make efforts to improve the basic quality of management, increase the network information construction input, optimize the structure of library resources, and build a distinctive network academic resources navigation system in the construction process of network information resources.%高校图书馆电子网络信息文献将逐步代替纸质文献资源，成为图书馆馆藏的主要文献资源，因为电子网络信息资源具有储存量大、更新快、检索方便、开放性强、价格便宜等特点。但高校图书馆在网络信息资源的建设过程中，也存在一些问题，如管理人员的业务素质不高、网络信息资源利用率较低、网络信息系统同其他文献资料的关联性不够、网络信息服务建设滞后于专业发展等。因此，高校图书馆在电子网络信息资源建设过程中，应努力提高管理人员的基本素质、加大对图书馆网络信息建设资金的投入、优化图书馆的馆藏资源结构、构建富有特色的网络学术资源导航系统。
