太湖流域200t级运藻船的研发

         

摘要

2007年以来太湖流域蓝藻爆发,为配套蓝藻打捞及拦截设备的有效工作,急需装配高效的运藻船. 由于太湖流域水深极浅,开发大吨位级运藻船型一直是个难题,目前最大吨位运藻船仅为60 t级,运力严重不足. 开发了一种适用于太湖的浅吃水、低能耗、高性价比的200 t级大型藻水运输船. 运用中国船舶科学研究中心研发的Oship软件对线形进行了优化,利用重叠网格法对船型进行了阻力评估,得到本船型的经济航速,并介绍了总体布置及各系统配置.%Since 2007, blue-green algae has been in a growing way in Taihu Basin. There is an urgent need of efficient algae transport vessels for the salvage and intercept devices. As the water in Taihu Basin is not deep enough to sail a large ton algae transport vessel, the largest ton transport vessel is only 60 tons at present, and the capacity is seriously insufficient. In this paper, a 200 ton algae transport vessel suitable for draft is developed with low energy consumption and high cost performance. CSSRC' s Oship is used to optimize the hull lines and the resistance is assessed by overlapped mesh methods to get the economic speed. At last, the general layout and system configuration is introduced.
