On the present situation of our country, the paper analyzes the main problems existing in the pension institutions from the basic mode, the external space environment, and summarizes the necessity and the significance of the research on quantitative design of the external space environment of pension institution.Through the study of the characteristics and needs of old people, the analogy analysis of primary and secondary schools and the field survey of pension institution, it obtains data concerned on the planning layout, outdoor activities space, green space, road square and parking space, reserved space for development and the like.It establishes a more scientific and reasonable system of pension institutions, and provides a reference for the city planning.%从我国养老机构现状出发,从养老机构的基本模式、外部空间环境等方面分析养老机构现存的主要问题,总结了养老机构外部空间环境量化设计研究的必要性和意义.通过对老年人的特征及需求分析,中小学幼儿园类比分析以及对养老机构的实地调研,整理相关数据.从规划布局、室外活动空间、绿化空间、交通空间、预留发展空间等方面建立一套较为科学合理的养老机构量化指标体系,为城市养老机构的规划及设计提供参考依据.
