由于位于城市边缘区,赖山村存在的问题也有所不同.为使村落得到更好保护,协调与城市发展的关系,结合前人研究阐明村落保护的特殊性,通过实地调研、访谈、文献查阅等方法,深入村落的历史文化价值评述和问题剖析,提出区域层面统筹发展和完善保护机制,村落层面与城市协调、物质与非物质并重、保护与发展结合的保护规划策略,促进村落历史文化的保护和发展,以期为同类型历史村落提供有益的借鉴.%Because of the location in the urban fringe, the problems of Laishan village are different from those of ordinary historical and cultural villages.In order to protect the village and coordinate the relationship with the urban development, the paper clarifies the particularity of village protection combing with the previous studies.Through the methods of spot investigation, interview and literature research as well, it comments on the historical and cultural value and analyzes the problems of the village.And it puts forward the planning strategy: to develop overall and improve protection mechanism in region, coordinate the development of the village and city, focus on both material and intangible cultural heritage and combine protection with development of the village history and culture.It hopes to provide useful reference for the type of historical village protection.
