多钢种混用工字钢梁抗弯极限承载力研究

         

摘要

According to the theory of flexural-torsional buckling,25 monosymmetrical I-shaped hybrid girders with 25 top flange strengthened and ordinary girders were modeled by the finite element method.Moreover,the differences between hybrid girders and ordinary girders were critically analysed from the aspects of the ultimate bearing capacity and failure modes.The formula of critical moment was summarised by the regression analysis.The results of this research indicated that the collocation of steel would be significantly optimized and the project cost would be dramatically reduced by rationally applying hybrid girders.%以受弯构件弯扭屈曲理论作为理论基础,对25根上翼缘加强型单轴对称混用工字钢梁及相同跨径与截面尺寸的匀质钢梁进行极限承载力有限元计算,研究多钢种混用钢梁同匀质钢梁在破坏模式、极限承载力等方面的差异性.对有限元计算结果进行回归分析,得出了可用于设计的临界弯矩计算公式.研究结果表明,合理采用混用钢梁的构造理念,可以在满足承载力要求的同时优化钢材搭配,降低工程造价,做到物尽其用.
