Health administration is a product along with social development, and one of the key marks of a moderately prosperous society. The discipline of health administration is a newly appeared one, and depends on overcoming of a diverse of hinders ranging from ideological understanding, policy guiding, organization, funding to human training. Meanwhile, with people ' s impending concern on health and idea transition, discipline development and the advent of mega data age, health administration is facing an unprecedented opportunity. Here the status regarding the health administration discipline is surveyed by face-to-face interviews, and corresponding proposals are suggested.%健康管理学是社会发展到一定阶段的产物，是小康社会的重要标志之一。健康管理学是一门新兴学科，其发展还需要克服各种障碍，从思想认识、政策引导、组织制度建设、资金投入到人才培养都需要长期的建立健全。同时，随着人民群众对健康的日益关心和健康观念的转变，以及学科发展和大数据时代的到来，健康管理学科正面临着发展大机遇。本文通过个别访谈形式，对苏州市大型综合性医院健康管理学科建设的现状进行调查，并对其今后的发展提出建议。
