目的：探讨苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片治疗高血压的临床应用价值。方法将本院2014年6月至2015年12月98例原发性高血压患者分为两组，观察组患者采用苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片治疗，对照组采用硝苯地平缓释片进行治疗。分析比较治疗后两组患者临床疗效、降压效果及不良反应情况。结果治疗8周后，观察组患者治疗总有效率（97．96％）高于对照组（83．67％），有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；观察组患者收缩压及舒张压下降水平高于对照组，有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）；观察组患者不良反应率（12．24％）显著低于对照组患者（30．61％），有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片治疗高血压疾病，能够持久、稳定的控制血压，不良反应少，临床效果显著。%Objective To discuss the clinical value of LevamlodipineBesylate Tablets in the treatment of hypertension.Methods 58 cases of hypertensive patients in our hospital were divided into two groups (2014.6-2015.12), patients in the observation group were treated with LevamlodipineBesylate Tablets, the control group was treated by Extended Release Nifedipine Tablets .The clinical effect , blood pressure and adverse reaction of the two groups were analyzed and compared .Results After 8 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate (96.55%) in the observation group was higher than that in the control group ( 89.66%) , and there was statistical significance ( P<0.05);The level of systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group was higher than that in the control group ( P<0.05);The adverse reaction rate ( 20.69%) in the observation group was significantly higher in patients (51.72%), was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusions LevamlodipineBesylate Tablets in the treatment of hypertension , can be sustained , is stable control of blood pressure , with little adverse reactions , the clinical effect is significant .
