本文在全要素分析框架下较为精确地测算了2003～2010年我国30个省份的碳排放绩效，并运用面板数据计量模型估计了结构性调整对碳排放绩效的影响。结果发现：优化产业结构，深化产权制度改革，降低工业国有产权比重，合理引导资本流向，改善能源消费结构，对碳排放绩效具有重要意义；从碳排放绩效省际差距成因上看，禀赋结构对碳排放绩效省际差距平均解释度达到21．785％，能源结构达到20．229％，工业产权结构达到10．6389／6，产业结构达到2．986％。%The paper accurately evaluates carbon emission performance of China's 30 regions during 2003 ~ 2010. Moreover, it uses panel data econometric model to analyse the impact of structural adjustment to carbon emissions perform ance change. The results show that: to optimize the industrial structure, deepen reform of property rights, reduce the proportion of stateowned property of indus try, guide capital flows, optimize energy structure, to a certain extent, could im prove the performance of carbon emissions. In perspective of the causes of inter provincial gap of carbon emissions performance, the average interpretation of en dowment structure to the interprovincial gaps of carbon emissions performance is 21. 785%, that of the energy structure's average interpretation is 20. 2%, that of the ownership structureis 10. 6%, that of the industry structure is 3.0~.
