Ti离子注入SiO2合成TiO2纳米颗粒及其光学性质

         

摘要

将105 keV的Ti离子注入到SiO2玻璃至1×1017、2×1017cm?2,并在氧气气氛下进行热处理,借助紫外可见分光光度计、掠入射X射线衍射光谱仪、透射电子显微镜、原子力显微镜等多种测试仪器,详细研究了TiO2纳米颗粒的形成、结构、分布及其光吸收和催化性能.研究结果表明,高注量Ti离子注入结合氧气气氛热处理可以在SiO2基底中形成TiO2纳米颗粒,并以金红石相为主.合成的TiO2纳米颗粒的形貌明显依赖于离子的注量,随离子注量增加,形状不规则且分散排列的TiO2纳米颗粒会转变成尺寸较为均匀、分布致密的纳米颗粒,进而形成了TiO2类颗粒膜结构.另外,光催化降解实验结果表明,合成的纳米颗粒对罗丹明B溶液具有一定的降解作用.%105 keV Ti ions were implanted into SiO2 substrate, and were then subjected to thermal annealing in oxygen atmosphere. The formation, structure, distribution, optical absorption property as well as photocatalytic performance of the formed nanoparticles (NPs) were characterized using various techniques such as ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy,grazing incidence X-ray diffraction spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy and atomic force microscopy. The results clearly show that high-fluence Ti ion implantation into SiO2 along with thermal treatments in oxygen atmosphere could cause formation of TiO2 NPs, which mainly present rutile phase. Morphology of the synthesized TiO2 NPs depends strongly on the applied fluence of Ti ions. With the fluence increasing, the irregular and isolated NPs could be transferred into densely distributed TiO2 NPs, resulting in formation of particle-like thin films. In addition, the synthesized TiO2 NPs at higher fluence show a certain photocatalytic degradation performance on Rhodamine B solution.
