线路环境对双块式无砟轨道道床板温度场影响

         

摘要

研究目的:双块式无砟轨道结构道床板各表面接受太阳辐射热流密度与线路方向及地理纬度具有密切关系,本文基于太阳辐射及边界换热理论,结合试验数据,通过ABAQUS有限元软件建立路基地段CRTS Ⅰ型双块式无砟轨道结构温度场分析模型,以探究不同线路方向及地理纬度对双块式无砟轨道道床板温度场的影响.研究结论:(1)当道床板侧表面法线方向与正南方向的夹角αn=90°时,道床板横向温度梯度与竖向温度梯度均处于最不利工况;(2)当αn=90°时,道床板整体温度梯度相对于原点的偏度标准值最小,为14.138℃/m,离散程度标准值最大,为10.446℃/m.此时道床板整体温度场处于最不利工况;(3)道床板横向温度梯度和竖向温度梯度,高纬度地区较低纬度地区更为不利,内陆地区较临海地区更为不利;(4)在高纬度内陆地区,道床板的温度梯度较大,且正负分布变化较快,道床板温度场处于最不利工况;(5)该研究成果可为完善双块式无砟轨道设计理论及养护维修方法提供技术支撑.%Research purposes:The heat flux density of solar radiation received by each surface of the double-block ballastless track bed slab is closely related to its alignments and geographical latitude.Based on the theory of solar radiation and boundary heat transfer with the experimental data,the temperature field analysis model of CRTS Ⅰ double-block ballastless track structure is established by ABAQUS finite element software in order to investigate the influence of different alignments and geographical latitudes on the temperature field of double-block ballastless track.Research conclusions:(1) When the angle αn between the normal direction of the ballast bed side surface and the positive south direction is equal to 90°,the horizontal temperature gradient and the vertical temperature gradient of the ballast bed plate are both in the most adverse conditions.(2) When αn is equal to 90°,the standard value of the overall temperature gradient of the ballast bed relative to the origin is the smallest,which is 14.138 ℃/m.And the standard value of the dispersion degree is the largest,which is 10.446 ℃/m.At this time the overall temperature of the ballast bed plate is in the most adverse condition.(3) The lateral temperature gradients and vertical temperature gradients of the ballast beds in high latitudes are more detrimental than that in low latitudes,and in inland areas are more detrimental than in coastal areas.(4)In the high latitudes of inland areas,the temperature gradient of the ballast is larger and its positive and negative distribution changes rapidly,the temperature field of the ballast is in the most unfavorable conditions.(5)The research results can provide important technical support for improving design theory and repair methods of double-block ballastless track.
