!水河特大桥C50高强高性能混凝土徐变性能试验研究

         

摘要

为准确获取!水河特大桥主梁用C50高强高性能混凝土的优化配合比,对单掺粉煤灰、矿渣以及粉煤灰与矿渣复掺后均为20%条件下的C50高强高性能混凝土的徐变性能进行试验研究。研究结果表明:20%矿物掺合料的掺入,均大大抑制了C50高强高性能混凝土徐变的增加,在同水胶比条件下,粉煤灰与矿渣的复掺与单掺粉煤灰或单掺矿渣相比,其抑制C50高强高性能混凝土徐变增加的效果明显,与基准混凝土相比,其抑制效果更显著。粉煤灰与矿渣复掺20%的C50高强高性能混凝土配制技术解决了!水河特大桥混凝土结构超高泵送、低徐变等技术难题,对类似工程的高强混凝土施工技术具有重要的借鉴作用。也可为相应规范的修订积累原始试验数据。%In order to accurately obtain the optimized mix proportion of C50 high strength and high performance concrete used on Mishui River Giant Bridge girder,experimental research was performed on the creep behavior of fly ash,slag and fly ash-slag admixed for C50 high strength and high performance concrete in which both fly ash and slag are 20%after remixing.The results show that the incorporation of mineral mixtures with 20%has greatly inhibited the increase of creep for C50 high strength and high performance.Under the condition of the same water-cement ratio,its inhibition effect of creep with the mixture of fly ash and slag on C50 high performance concrete increases significantly when compared with that with only fly ash or slag.Moreover,its inhibitory effect is more sig-nificant when compared with the reference concrete,.The mixture technology of C50 high performance concrete with fly ash and slag admixed by 20%has solved the technical problems like concrete structure super-high pum-ping and low creep of Mishui river giant bridge,etc.,which plays an important role in providing reference to the high-strength concrete construction technology of similar projects,and also can accumulate original experimental data for the amendments of corresponding specifications.
