HCFC-22替代制冷剂HFC-161/125/32的泄漏特性理论分析

         

摘要

The effect factors that influence the leakage characteristics of HFC-161/125/32, a new alternative refrigerant for HCFC-22, were discussed. Corresponding leakage models were built and the mass ratio variations of each component under gas phase isothermal leakage and gas phase isobaric leakage cases were studied. Based on the obtained mass ratio variation data, cycle performance variations of the mixture were deduced. As the mass ratio variations under gas phase isobaric leakage cases are smaller than that of isothermal, the analysis of related performances were studied under gas phase isothermal leakage conditions. Based on the analysis results, it is indicated that the influence of maximum practical leakage rate on refrigeration cycle performance is not higher than 3%. The corresponding cycle performance variation is not higher than 5% after refrigerant recharge.%针对HCFC-22的新型替代制冷剂HFC-161/125/32,讨论影响其泄漏性质的主要因素,建立相应的泄漏模型,得到该工质等温气相泄漏和等压气相泄漏条件下各组元质量成分的改变.在此基础上,进一步分析成分变化引起的系统循环性能的改变,以及泄漏后再充注对系统性能的影响.由于等压气相泄漏后组元成分的变化小于等温气相泄漏,因此,对于泄漏后相关性能的分析只针对等温气相泄漏进行.结果表明HFC-161替代制冷剂实际最大可能泄漏率对制冷性能的影响不超过3%,泄漏多次补充后其性能变化不超过5%,在工程上可以忽略.
