高危岗位矿工情绪稳定性影响机制SD仿真

         

摘要

为降低煤矿安全事故发生率,基于组织行为学以及复杂适应系统原理,采用系统动力学(SD)方法,从矿工个体角度构建高危岗位矿工情绪稳定性影响因素系统模型.借助Vensim软件模拟矿工个体、组织环境、工作特征对矿工情绪稳定性的影响,探索工作各时段矿工情绪稳定性的影响机制.研究结果表明:工作初期,安全投入、安全意识和情绪监管水平对矿工情绪稳定性有显著正向影响;工作收尾阶段,情绪安全倾向度、安全心理培训以及组织氛围对矿工情绪稳定性的作用效果突出;工作倦怠在各个工作时段均对矿工情绪稳定性有削弱影响;情绪监管水平在一定范围内对矿工情绪稳定性有积极作用,一旦超出临界点则产生抑制作用.因此,加强安全心理培训与情绪管理、加大安全投入对提升矿工情绪稳定性水平较为有效.%In order to reduce the incidence of accidents in coal mine , based on the principles of organizational behavior and complex adaptive system , a system model on the influence factors of the emotional stability for the miners at high risk posts was established from the perspective of individual miner by using the system dynamics ( SD) method.The influence of indi-vidual miner , organizational environment and working characteristics on the emotional stability of miners was simulated by u -sing the Vensim software , and the influence mechanism about the emotional stability of miners at different working periods was explored .The results showed that in the initial stage of working , the safety input , safety consciousness and emotion regula-tion level had the significant positive effect on the emotional stability of miners , while in the final stage of working , the emo-tional safety tendency degree , safety psychological training and organizational climate played the prominent effect on the emo -tional stability of miners .The job burnout had the weakening effect on the emotional stability of miners at all the working peri -ods.The emotion regulation level had a positive effect on the emotional stability of miners in a certain range , and produced the inhibition effect once exceeding the critical point .Therefore, strengthening the safety psychological training and emotional man-agement , and increasing the safety input are the effective measures to improve the emotional stability level of miners .
