为了研究建筑工人安全行为研究的现状和趋势,根据建筑工人安全行为的文献计量结果,梳理出影响建筑工人安全行为的3个关键因素,并进行系统性文献分析.研究结果表明:综合考虑组织层面的安全氛围、个体层面的心理资本、群体层面的沟通能力等跨层次因素,系统探讨不同因素综合作用下的影响机理,并在不同社会文化环境下进行充分的实证检验,是建筑工人安全行为研究的未来趋势.%To study the current status and trends of the research on the safety behavior of construction workers , according to the bibliometric results about the safety behavior of construction workers , three critical factors influencing the safety behavior of construction workers were combed out , and the systematic literature analysis was carried out .The results showed that com-prehensively considering the cross-level factors , such as the safety climate of the organization level , the psychological capital of the individual level and the communication ability of the group level, systematically exploring the influence mechanism un-der the comprehensive effect of different factors , and making the full empirical inspection in different social and cultural envi -ronments , are the future trends of the research on the safety behavior of construction workers .
