为了探究恶性人因事故致因因素及其发生机理,为恶性人因事故防控提供理论指导,对恶性人因事故发生机理及其模型进行系统研究.从个体因素、团体因素、外在因素出发,分析恶性人因事故致因因素;再从行为链、致因链、原因链出发,对个体、团体、综合恶性人因事故分别进行建模;最后,根据事故案例,论证个体、团体、综合恶性人因事故模型的可行性和科学性.研究结果表明:恶性人因事故发生机理模型主要包括针对个体恶性人因事故的行为安全"4-9"模型、针对团体恶性人因事故的行为安全"2-10"模型和针对综合恶性人因事故的行为安全"7"模型;不良文化是根源原因,管理缺陷是根本原因,情绪因素、心理因素、控制因素是间接原因,恶性破坏是直接原因.%To explore the causation factors and their occurrence mechanism of the malignant human accidents , and provide the theoretical guidance for preventing and controlling the malignant human accidents , the occurrence mechanism and its models of the malignant human accidents were studied systematically .Firstly, the causation factors of the malignant human accidents were analyzed from the individual factors , group factors and external factors .Secondly , the models of individual , group and comprehensive malignant human accidents were constructed respectively from the behavior chain , causation chain and reason chain .Finally, according to the accident case , the feasibility and scientificity of the individual , group and com-prehensive malignant human accident models were analyzed and verified .The results showed that the occurrence mechanism models of the malignant human accidents mainly include the "4-9" model of behavior safety aiming at the individual malig-nant human accident , the"2-10" model of behavior safety aiming at the group malignant human accident , the"7" model of behavior safety aiming at the comprehensive malignant human accident .The bad culture is the root cause , the management defects are the essential cause , the emotional factors , psychological factors and control factors are the indirect causes , and the malignant destruction is the direct cause .
