微乳化柴油燃爆性能研究

         

摘要

In order to study the deflagration characteristics of micro-emulsified diesel under the static explosion condition, the deflagration process and the distribution of explosion temperature field for each sample of micro-emulsified diesel under the unrestricted condition were obtained by using the high definition camera, the high speed camera and the infrared thermal imager respectively.The influence of production technology and explosion suppressant on the deflagration performance of micro-emulsified diesel was analyzed and compared with emphasis.The results showed that under the same experimental conditions, the deflagration performance of micro-emulsified diesel samples produced by the magnetic stirring, the high speed shear, the ultrasonic treatment and the electrostatic spray technology were similar.The volume of explosion fireball decreased by 40.61%, 37.91%, 27.46% and 34.01% respectively compared with No-10 diesel.The volume of explosion fireball for the micro-emulsified diesel produced by the magnetic stirring technology decreased significantly after adding the explosion suppressant, which was only 68.47% of that of No-10 diesel.It showed that the micro-emulsified diesel has a certain fire and explosion protection effect, and the adding of explosion suppressant has significant effect for suppressing the temperature and size of fireball.%为了研究微乳化柴油在静爆条件下的燃爆特性,利用高清摄像机、高速照相机和红外热成像仪分别获取各微乳化柴油样品无约束条件下燃爆过程以及爆炸温度场分布情况,着重分析比较生产工艺与抑爆剂对微乳化柴油燃爆性能的影响.实验结果显示,相同试验条件下,磁力搅拌、高速剪切、超声处理和静电喷雾工艺获得的微乳化柴油样品燃爆性能接近,与-10号柴油相比,爆炸火球体积分别降低了40.61%,37.91%,27.46%和34.01%.添加抑爆剂后,磁力搅拌工艺生产的微乳化柴油爆炸火球体积显著降低,仅为-10号军柴所产生火球的68.47%.研究结果表明,微乳化柴油具有一定的防火防爆效果,抑爆剂的添加对抑制火球温度和尺寸效果显著.
