天池矿102综放孤岛工作面控制风量防灭火技术研究

         

摘要

为了防治天池煤矿15#煤层102综放孤岛工作面采空区煤炭自然发火,对工作面实际供风量40.0 m3/s时进行了现场监测,并基于采空区自燃“三带”划分标准和数值模拟的方法,采用流体力学COMSOL计算软件,研究了工作面不同进风量时采空区氧化升温带的变化规律,确定了氧化升温带的范围,并得到了工作面供风量与氧化升温带宽度的拟合曲线。研究结果表明,“U+I”型102工作面采空区自然发火主要是由采空区漏风引起的;氧化升温带宽度随着工作面供风量的增加而增加;现场监测与数值模拟的采空区“三带”变化规律吻合较好;当工作面供风量为40.0 m3/s时,既能有效抽排瓦斯,又能有效预防采空区煤炭自然发火。在102综放孤岛工作面的现场实践表明,运用控制风量防灭火技术防治天池煤矿采空区遗煤自燃是可行的。%In order to prevent coal spontaneous combustion in goaf of 102 fully mechanized isolated island caving face located in 15#coal seam of Tianchi Coal Mine , field monitoring was carried on the working face when the actu-al air supply quantity was 40.0 m3/s.According to the division standard of spontaneous combustion "three zones"in goaf and numerical simulation method , the change law of oxygenation heating-up zone in goaf under different air supply volumes was studied and the scope of oxygenation heating-up zone was determined by using computational fluid dynamics software COMSOL , then the fitting curve between air supply volume of working face and the width of oxygenation heating-up zone was obtained .The results showed that air leakage in goaf is the main reason for sponta-neous combustion in goaf of "U+I"type 102 caving face .The width of oxygenation heating-up zone increases with the increase in air supply volume of working face .The variation laws of "three zones"in goaf obtained by field mo-nitoring fit well with that of numerical simulation .When the face air volume is 40 .0 m3/s, it is effective for gas drainage and preventing coal spontaneous combustion .The field practice on the 102 fully mechanized isolated is-land caving face showed that it is feasible to prevent spontaneous combustion of residual coal in goaf of Tianchi Coal Mine by fire prevention and control technology of air volume control .
