盘管或排管的安全性分析

         

摘要

针对盘管或排管因塑性加工变形产生残余应力、结构设计不合理,产生附加应力、焊接接头质量缺陷产生裂纹源和流体动能产生的应力等问题,通过对盘管或排管的结构设计、成形后的截面尺寸、焊接接头质量以及在特殊情况下发生的失效及其危害性进行分析,提出了提高盘管或排管安全性能的措施。结果表明,增加焊接接头的无损检测,选取合适的介质流速,提高柔性,在塑性变形后进行热处理,增加合适的壁厚加工减薄量和采用全焊透焊接结构,能有效控制盘管或排管的安全性。%Aiming at the problems of coil or calandria such as residual stress caused by plastic processing deforma -tion, additional stress caused by unreasonable structure design , crack source caused by quality defect of welding joint and the stress caused by fluid kinetic energy etc , through the analysis on the structure design , section size af-ter forming, quality of welding joint and the failure and its hazard in special situations of coil or calandria , the countermeasures to improve the safety performance of coil or calandria were put forward .The results showed that the following measures can effectively control the safety of coil or calandria , including the addition of nondestructive testing on welding joint , selection of suitable medium velocity , improvement of flexibility , carrying out thermal treatment after plastic deformation , addition of suitable reduction quantity in wall thickness processing , and adop-tion of full penetration welding structure etc .
