基于应力分析的高陡边坡输气管道安全性分析

         

摘要

长距离输气管道所经过的区域地形极为复杂,在经过局部山区时,敷设在高陡边坡上的输气管道应力集中现象较为明显,安全隐患较大。而目前针对高陡边坡输气管道的安全性分析较少。为此,基于管道应力分析的基础理论,使用CAESAR II软件对某高陡边坡输气管道进行应力分析,分析研究其安装、试压、运行、清管以及地震工况下管道的受力情况,得出该管道应力较为薄弱的位置,综合考虑了腐蚀、运行等情况得出了结论:高陡边坡输气管道集中应力产生位置主要为边坡低点处、边坡顶部附近以及弯管处;清管作用对天然气管道应力的影响较小;横向地震作用对管道应力的影响最大;管道易泄漏部位主要集中在边坡顶部、底部、弯管处以及管焊缝处。分析结果对高陡边坡输气管道的设计、施工和管理提供了相应的理论依据,具有一定的工程价值和指导意义。%The topography of the regions that long distance gas pipeline pass through are supremely complicate. While passing through mountainous area, the phenomenon of stress concentration in gas pipeline laying at high and steep slope is relatively evident, so the hidden danger is bigger.However, the safety analysis on gas pipeline at high and steep slope are scarce.Based on the basic theory of pipe stress analysis, the stress analysis was conducted on a certain gas pipeline laying at high and steep slope by using the CAESAR II software.The stress states of pipe-line under the installation, pressure testing, operation, pigging and seismic conditions were studied, and the loca-tions where the stress was weaker were obtained.Comprehensively considering the corrosion and operation situa-tion, the results were obtained that the locations where concentrated stress appear on the gas pipeline laying at high and steep slope are the low and high points of slope, as well as the bend.The pigging procedure has limited effect on the stress of pipeline.The lateral seismic action strongly affect the stress of pipeline.The low and high points of slope, the bend and the weld joint are the points which are easy to leak out.The results can provide the theoretical basis for the design, construction and management of gas pipeline at high and steep slope, and it has a certain engi-neering value and guiding significance.
