基于有限元的重载自动扶梯桁架及梯级的安全性能分析

         

摘要

In order to ensure the favorable safety performance of public transportation escalator during the light -weight design process , the finite element method was adopted to analyze the structure strength and rigidity charac-teristics of truss and step in escalator , and the structure strength characteristics of heavy load escalator with full load were studied .In the analysis on strength characteristics of step in escalator , the load form in actual operation situa-tions, which was different with the rules of national specification and standard , was taken into account .The strength characteristics of step in escalator with extreme load condition were studied .Based on the calculation re-sults, the strength weakness of main bearing parts in escalator was analyzed .It showed that the maximum deforma-tion area is located in the middle of truss , the bigger stress area is located in the connecting parts between both ends of truss and supporting structure , and the weak part of the step is the support structure near main gear .The maxi-mum value of stress of step increases under the offset load conditions , and the safety coefficient reduces .It can pro-vide references for structure design and inspection and detection of escalator .%为确保公共交通领域自动扶梯在轻量化设计的同时具有良好的安全性能,运用有限元方法计算了自动扶梯桁架和梯级结构强度和刚度性能,研究了满载荷条件下重载自动扶梯结构强度特性。在梯级的强度分析中考虑了实际运行情况中不同于国家规范和标准规定的载荷形式,分析了极端载荷条件下自动扶梯梯级的强度性能,基于计算结果分析了重载自动扶梯主要承重部件的强度薄弱环节。研究表明,重载扶梯桁架的最大变形处位于桁架中部,应力较大区域是桁架两端与支撑结构相连的部位,梯级的薄弱部位是主轮附近的支撑结构,梯级在偏载工况下应力最大值升高,安全系数降低。该分析方法和计算结果可为自动扶梯的结构设计和检验检测提供参考。
