By the means of modern information technology, based on the system theory, a modem work safety training management system of coal mine was put forward in Dazhu Coal Company. As a whole system, from four aspects including human, machine, environment and management system, 3D simulation game was applied in the scene simulation training, and the training of employees was divided into situational training, interactive training, video training, mobile phone short message training and accident case study, a training and management system of coal mine that the human, machine, environment coordinated was proposed, which can improve the quality of coal mine employees and to a-chieve the purpose of work safety in coal mine.
