深水防喷器控制系统的FMEA分析研究及应用

         

摘要

As the critical system of deeperwater BOP control equipment, research on the reliability of deeperwater BOP control systems is extremely important to guarantee the safety and high efficiency of deeperwater drilling. On the basis of FMEA theory, a FMEA analysis method for the deeperwater BOP control system was proposed. The corresponding FMEA analysis content, the division rules of the analysis level, failure criterions were redefined for the particularity of the deepwater BOP control system. At the same time the methods on how to determine the severity, occurrence, detection were also discussed, which were used to calculate the risk priority number (RPN) for deeperwater BOP control system. Based on the example of the underwater control system, the FMEA analysis in the system level and equipment level were carried out. The study case indicated that the FMEA analysis can identify the potential hazards and the weak links which affect the reliability and safety of the BOP control system by the analysis of each component in detail, which provides reference for operators to work out the control scheme and provide theoretical and scientific support for future study, finally enhance the reliability and safety of the deeperwater BOP control systems effectively.%深水防喷器(BOP)控制系统作为深水井控失效关键部件,其可靠性对于保证深水钻井安全高效进行极为重要.以FMEA理论为基础,提出针对深水防喷器控制系统的FMEA分析方法;根据深水BOP系统的特殊性,重新定义相应的FMEA分析内容、分析层次划分规则、故障判断依据以及严重度、发生率、探测度确定方法,以此计算风险优先数(RPN).最后以其中一个子系统水下控制系统为例,进行系统级和设备级FMEA分析;实例分析结果表明,将FMEA运用深水防喷器控制系统中,可以找出影响控制系统可靠性、安全性的潜在危险因素及其薄弱环节,为操作人员制定控制措施和方案提供依据,为更进一步的研究提供理论、科学支持,提高深水BOP控制系统的可靠性.
