基于模糊-集对分析的公路施工安全评价模型

         

摘要

In the light of factors influencing highway construction safety that have characteristics of fuzziness and uncertainty, an evaluation model based on fuzzy-set pair analysis was put forward, which combined advantages that the fuzzy comprehensive analysis method reasonably constructing the membership function and the set pair analysis method dealing with same-indefinite-contrary systemic dialectical analysis. According to the characteristics of highway construction that had long route and many control points, the type of work was complex, the factors affecting safety were various and etc. , the construction safety evaluation index system was constructed from the aspects of the safety production condition, the safety technical level, the safety production management, the occupational health protection and the construction environment condition. The weight of each index was determined by Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) , the set pair analysis connection degree matrix was also got, and the connection degree and the set pair potential were calculated, so the safety condition development and uncertainty rank of evaluated highway construction sites were calculated. It showed that the model can deal with certainty and uncertainty of information during safety evaluation at the same time, thus good results can be reached through application of the model.%针对影响公路建设施工现场安全的因素具有模糊、不确定性的特点,结合模糊综合分析方法合理构建隶属函数与集对分析方法进行同异反系统辨证分析的优点,提出了基于模糊-集对分析的评价模型.根据公路施工线长点多、工种复杂、影响安全的因素众多等特点,从安全生产条件、安全技术水平、安全生产管理、职业健康防护、施工环境条件等方面构建了公路施工现场安全评价指标体系,应用层次分析法得到了各评价指标的权重,确定了集对分析联系度矩阵,计算了集对联系度及集对势,给出了参评公路施工现场安全状况发展趋势与不确定性排序.研究结果表明:该模型能够同时考虑安全评价中信息的确定性与不确定性,用于公路施工现场的安全评价能够得到较好的评价结果.
