工作安全分析(JSA)模式在施工现场实践研究

         

摘要

Hazard identification and risk assessment are the basic elements of risk management. The general techniques include Safety Checklist, Hazard and Operability Analysis, Failure Model and Effects Analysis, Fault Tree Analysis, Event Tree Analysis etc. The aim for hazard identification and risk assessment is to analyze the reliability of work system, includes analyzing the reliability of system elements and the coordination between the system elements. We used to analyze the coordination between system elements by Safety Checklist technology which is considered not applicable, because there are a number of variable factors which infect the coordination. However Job Safety Analysis technology is a scientific technology to analyze the coordination between system elements intensively. In this thesis the theory of Job Analysis and Assessment element was introduced, together with the latest research results from the occupational health and safety theory, the traditional Three Processes theory was improved, and the standard Four Processes theory was put forward. At the same time, the practices of JSA Model in construction project area were studied.%危险源识别和风险评价工作是风险管理的基础环节,常用的危险源识别和风险评价方法有安全检查表、危险榀操作性研究、故障模式分析、事故树、事件树、故障树分析等等[1].危险源识别和评价工作的目的是研究系统的可靠性,包括对系统要素本身可靠性研究和要素间协调性的研究.过去我们通常用安全检查表的方法来分析要素协调性的问题,由于影响要素作用的变量因素多,难以查找并建立统一的安全检查标准,这种方法的适用性并不高.相比而言,工作安全分析方法是一种对系统要素协调性作用变量进行细致深入分析的科学方法.本文通过引入工作分析、评价单元方法,结合职业健康安全管理理论最新成果,对传统的三过程工作安全分析模式进行完善,提出规范的四过程工作安全分析模式.同时,在施工现场领域对工作安全分析进行实践研究.
