针对现有的能动专业人才培养质量监控和评价体系存在诸如监控和评价的主体单一、对象片面和内容失衡等问题，提出了基于控制论模型的人才培养质量监控和评价体系结构图，从监控和评价组织的建立、多元化的主体、全方位的内容和第三方评价等方面进行了探索，以期构建符合技术技能型人才培养质量的监控和评价体系。%According to the problems of talent training quality for monitoring and evaluation system,such as the body of the monitoring and evaluation of single one-sided,object and content of the imbalance,the system structure diagram of the monitoring and evaluation for talent training quality was structured base on cybernetics model,there are some exploration from the monitoring and evaluation of the body of the organization to establish,diversified and comprehensive content and third-party evaluation,so as to build in accordance with technology of skilled personnel training quality monitoring and evaluation system.
