According to the aim of personnel education of the independent institute,analyses the present situation of practical teaching mode of applied statistics specialty in the independent institute systematically.Puts forward some specific reformatory ideas about practical teaching mode of applied statistics specialty in the independent institute, and probe with emphasis into constructing of practice teaching system as well as into teaching of practice courses, which in order to provide some references for establishment of characteristic practical teaching mode of applied statistics specialty and other related specialties in the independent institute.%依据独立学院的人才培养目标，分析了独立学院应用统计学专业实践教学现状，论述了独立学院应用统计学专业实践教学模式改革的思路，构建了独立学院应用统计学专业实践教学体系，探讨了独立学院应用统计学专业实践课程的教学，力求为独立学院应用统计学和其他相关专业特色化实践教学模式的建立提供一定的参考。
